The Högfors V-port ballsector valves are specified by the St.Regis Paper company one of the largest paper companies in the UK.

As manufacturers of board from recycled paper they demand good flow control together with a rugged construction required to handle an array contraries found in the waste. Materials such as strapping, staples and even concrete are all refined from the system.

The Högfors valves are used throughout the whole of their refining process; the photograph below shows the rejects which have passed through a 300mm Fig 455KC full bore valve with stellited seat and hard chromed ball.
